The Scientific Committee is accepting abstracts for the 4th Ghana Biomedical Convention to be held at the College of Science Auditorium, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumas, Ghana.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

One-page long abstract that may include figures. This may be sent through email as .doc or MS Word document (be sure fonts are embedded). Note that Abstracts will be printed in the convention program booklet. Format (click here for a sample abstract) 


Abstracts will be reviewed according to the following criteria:
There must be a fundamental difference between each of the abstracts submitted from a research group. The same results may not appear in multiple presentations. The results presented in each abstract should add something new to our base of knowledge in a given application area; abstract review will focus on the novel aspects of each submission. Abstracts with a substantial commercial content will not be accepted. These papers should be presented in hospitality suites.

(2) Check the length (350 words)
(3) Check the spelling of Authors
(4) Make edits before starting the process.
